Legal guarantee of conformity

In case of receipt of products that do not conform to orders or are defective, the Customer is entitled to the restoration of product conformity at no cost through repair or replacement of the product. The Customer may exercise this right if the defect becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the product and reports the defect to Bait’s Selection within two months of its discovery.
Subsequently, the customer will need to proceed with creating an electronic return file by accessing the “post-sales” section on the bools.it website. If this is not possible, they can communicate directly via email to initiate the process. Bait's Selection will arrange for the product's return at its own expense, subject to the customer's availability, in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

Commercial warranty

All products presented on the website www.baits-selection.it benefit, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity mentioned in the previous article, from a commercial guarantee whose duration is stated on the product pages.
To take advantage of warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, which can be printed by accessing the “My Orders” section of the “My Online Account” space.

Delivery methods

Bait's Selection will only accept orders for delivery within Italian territory and the Republic of San Marino. Products will be delivered via express courier to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order, no later than 30 days from the date the Customer receives the order confirmation email sent by Bait's Selection.
For every order placed on the website www.bait’s-selection.it, Bait’s Selection issues an invoice for the goods shipped. The invoice will be available and printable, after the order has been processed, in the “My Orders” section of the Customer's “My Online Account” space. The invoice will contain the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure. After the invoice has been issued, no changes can be made to the data indicated therein.

Responsibility

Bait’s Selection assumes no responsibility for service disruptions attributable to force majeure or acts of God, even if due to malfunctions and disruptions of the internet network, should it be unable to execute the order within the timeframe established by the contract.

Site access

The customer has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, particularly commercial use, of the site or its content is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this site, whether sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Bait’s Selection and are protected by intellectual property rights.
