Delivery methods and times
Every payment by the Customer may only be made by bank transfer or PostePay top-up.
Payments can also be made using Gift Cards and Loyalty Vouchers.
All product sales prices indicated on the website www.baits-selection.it are expressed in Euros and include VAT, and where applicable, the WEEE contribution.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the end of the purchase process before payment is made.
The Customer accepts Bait’s Selection’s right to modify its prices at any time; however, the merchandise will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the website at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation email sent by Bait’s Selection to the Customer.
In case of computer, manual, technical, or any other error that may result in a substantial change, not foreseen by Bait’s Selection, to the retail sale price, making it exorbitant or clearly ridiculous, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled, and the amount paid by the Customer will be reimbursed within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
Payment by Postepay top-up
Payments are made via Postepay top-up. The order is sent to the warehouse for shipment when the top-up is credited.

Shipping
Orders are generally sent within 1-2 business days of payment receipt (from the order, in case of payment on delivery) and are shipped via selected couriers who guarantee package tracking and delivery with signature.
Once shipped, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packing charges and shipping fees. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment, are calculated automatically by the shopping cart, and are clearly indicated at the time of confirmation.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In case of multiple purchases made by the Customer with a single order and delivered separately, the 10-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
The Customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to Bait’s Selection through an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered mail with return receipt or certified email.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract, or alternatively by sending the model withdrawal form, as per Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory), the text of which is set out below:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods within 10 days from the day on which they communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract to Bait’s Selection, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The merchandise will need to be shipped back to Waterland by Abrami Matteo, Via G. Golgi 35, Passirano, 25050, Bassano.
In case of withdrawal with product return at a retail location, it is not necessary to create an online return request.
The direct costs of returning products are borne by the Customer.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) and with the attached fiscal documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Bait’s Selection will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 10 days, excluding any shipping costs.
As provided for by Article 56, Paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Bait’s Selection may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the Customer has provided proof of having returned the goods to Bait’s Selection.
Bait’s Selection will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and should the Customer wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide Bait’s Selection, by accessing the contact us section, with the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for Bait’s Selection to process the refund.
In case of withdrawal for a purchase made with a gift card and loyalty voucher, the amount will be refunded to the Customer via a voucher identified by a promotional code that will be sent to the Customer's email address. Alternatively, if the withdrawal is exercised at a physical store, the amount will be refunded with a voucher delivered to the Customer.
The purchase voucher will be valid for 2 years and can be used by the Customer for subsequent purchases in a single transaction.
